About Roger Reece Seminars
We don't offer canned, public workshops. All our seminars and workshops are in-house programs, customized to meet the needs of our clients. We don't employ a staff of trainers. We only have one trainer: Roger Reece. If you decide to schedule an interpersonal communication workshop for your team, you will receive the best training available.
Roger Reece is a speaker, trainer, management consultant and executive coach. He personally developed all of our training programs and will customize and deliver the workshop for your team. Roger understands the psychology of interpersonal communication, human behavior and emotional intelligence. But he's not a psychologist. He's a business man with an MBA and over 25 years of corporate executive management experience at the Director and VP level.
After leaving his corporate career in 1999, he founded Roger Reece Seminars. He is a frequent speaker at business conferences and conducts over 100 seminars and keynote presentations every year. Clients include IBM, Boeing, DuPont, General Electric, Circuit City, AT&T, ExxonMobil, and organizations and businesses in every industry. His focus is on creating value through effective communication and teamwork.
Roger's speaking style is down-to-earth, practical, straightforward and highly interactive. His workshops are always filled with personal stories and illustrations from his 25 years of corporate management experience. They are also filled with humor. Behind his primary message of effective interpersonal communication is an underlying, secondary message: take ownership of your attitude, your behavior, your job, your career, your relationships and your life. Roger's workshops are more than communication skills training. They are life skills training.
Roger's Alter-Ego, Buford P. Fuddwhacker
Humor is an effective ingredient to add to any training workshop. If you want to add an extra measure of humor to your workshop, we can offer you a second speaker and trainer at no additional cost: back-woods philosopher, Buford P. Fuddwhacker.
Buford will open your interpersonal communication workshop with high-energy, down-home humor, music and outrageous audience participation. Buford's message is on the importance of a positive attitude, and it's a great way to get the workshop started.
Then after a 20-minute opening, Buford "morphs" into Roger Reece, who begins by emphasizing the value of a sense of humor, a positive attitude, and the ability to not take yourself too seriously. Although Roger leads the rest of the workshop, Buford returns at the end for a wild and crazy grand finale and a message on the value of appreciating your co-workers. You can find more information about Buford on our Fun Motivational Keynotes website. If you would like to see video clips of Buford in action, just contact us and request a video tape, DVD, or a link to Buford's online videos.
Whether you feel that Buford fits your group's style or not, we can customize the perfect workshop for you - with the perfect contents, style and format. Contact us today to learn more about our workshops and seminars.
